While Kelly Osbourne is getting skinnier by the day her brother Jack seems to be piling on the pounds once again.
The 24-year-old had undergone an amazing transformation, shedding his puppy fat to reveal a toned, fit frame.
But when he was spotted out and about in West Hollywood yesterday the reality star looked to be losing the battle of the bulge.
Piling on the pounds: Jack Osbourne looked visibly bigger than he has done since dropping over 50lbs in weight when he was spotted out in Los Angeles yesterday
Who's that boy: Osbourne's big bushy beard made him look more wild mountain man that son of Hollywood rock royalty
In addition to the extra weight, Osbourne was also sporting a big bushy beard more suitable for a wild mountain man than the famous son of Hollywood rock royalty.
Osbourne originally got in shape when he attended a Mui martial arts camp in Pattaya, Thailand.
He shed a staggering 50 lbs in order to be fit enough to climb El Capitan whilst filming the first series of Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie.
Osbourne was so happy with his new, fit physique that he dared to bare all for, appearing naked in an ad campaign for testicular cancer which appeared in Cosmopolitan in 2005.
What a difference a year makes: Jack dropped 50lbs between 2004 and 2005 by embarking on a vigorous martial arts workout regime in preparation to climb El Capitan
He declared the shoot was a big: 'Ha! To everyone that laughed at him before.'
Osbourne worked hard to maintain his shape, mountain climbing, practising martial arts and even attending pilates classes three times a week.
He once said: 'I know it's a bit camp but I go to pilates classes three times a week and I love it!
'I'm so toned now, it's amazing. It's very relaxing too. I've also been running and doing weights.'
Perhaps Osbourne can get a few diet and exercise tips from his big sister, Kelly.
Super slim: Jack's big sister Kelly looked amazing on the Emmys red carpet in Los Angeles last night - she credits her appearance on Dancing With The Stars with helping her to lose over three stone
Kelly shed over three stone by appearing on Dancing With The Stars and since leaving the show has managed to slim down and tone up even further.
She looked stunning on the red carpet of the 62nd Emmys last night in Los Angeles, wearing a beautiful black Tony Ward dress which highlighted her svelte figure and tiny waist.
Now a happy size six after shedding her excess weight, Kelly said recently that going on the U.S. TV talent show was the best decision she ever made.
She said: 'I've completely changed the way I eat since doing Dancing With The Stars.
'A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going.
'They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack - like half an apple or something like that - before you go to sleep really helps.'
Tubby teens: Both Jack and Kelly struggled with their weight, as well as substance abuse problems, as they were growing up
But Kelly has never forgotten how she felt when she was overweight and a size 14.
She said recently: 'The worst thing was when some horrible obnoxious teenager screamed out a car window to me, "You’re fat!"
'I went to my parents bawling, "I'd rather be called ugly than be called fat!"'
'I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute raging drug addict. I will never understand that.'
Both Kelly and Jack have struggled with addiction issues in the past and both have spent time in rehab.
Kelly two times for an addiction to painkillers and Jack for alcohol and painkillers.
Rock royalty: Jack and Kelly starred with their famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon in the hit reality TV show The Osbournes
Jack claims that he got drunk for the first time on whiskey on his 13th birthday and by the time he was 14 he says he was drinking heavily and smoking marijuana.
His problems escalated after his mother Sharon was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2002 .
'I started getting suicidal,' Jack revealed in an interview with In Touch Magazine. 'I was just doing loads of drugs and drinking. I was miserable.'
Jack says he hit rock bottom on Easter in 2003: 'I disappeared for the long weekend,' he says. 'When I came back, I knew I needed help. I was like, "Okay, I will do this."'
Jack’s dad, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, an admitted alcoholic and addict for decades, also convinced him to get help: 'He said, "If you go to treatment, I’ll go to treatment as well."'
Jack checked into Visions Adolescent Treatment Centre in Malibu. 'A year passed and then two and then three and now it’s nearly six.'
