'I've spent $1m on becoming extreme Barbie with QQQ mega boobs - sleeping is tricky'

When Lacey Wildd got her first plastic surgery at the age of 24, all she really wanted was to feel more confident.

But the "wonderful" feeling it gave her ignited an obsession. Now, two decades and dozens of procedures later, she's been transformed into an "extreme Barbie" - QQQ mega boobs and all.

Lacey, whose real name is Paula Simonds, estimates she's spent more than $1million on surgeries to change her appearance - and she insists she doesn't care if people call her "crazy".

"I want to be the adult Barbie, like the extreme Barbie," she said.

Married at 16, Lacey was apparently divorced with two children by the time she was 21.

She worked as a waitress, changing her hair from brown to blonde, before turning her attention to her chest.

Since then, she has had 19 boob jobs, including implants, 12 procedures on her lips, brow lifts, several nose jobs, two Brazilian butt lifts, as well as tummy tucks, body lifts and skin expanders.

She spoke to AOL Lifestyle in 2019 after having her boobs increased to QQQ cup.

Recalling her first procedure at the age of 24, she said: "I was a triple A - that means nothing. It's so wonderful what a little bit of surgery can do for you."

She continued: "When I started having plastic surgery, I didn't expect myself to become the human Barbie. I didn't know that was going to happen."

Lacey, a mum-of-six, first rose to prominence in 2011 when she was featured alongside her daughter Tori in the MTV documentary series, True Life, in an episode titled, I Have a Hot Mom.

In the show, Tori suggested she wasn't a fan of her mum's commitment to plastic surgery, saying: "My life revolves around her boobs."

Her son Brandon added: "Everything's fake, I think. I think she looked pretty before she even had the surgery."

As well as establishing herself as a reality TV personality, Lacey, 54, has worked as a model and starred in B-movies.

And with over 309k followers on Instagram it's safe to say her enhancements haven't gone unnoticed.

But her extreme appearance has come at a cost.

To support her enhancements, Lacey has had to have pig skin sewed inside her abdomen and also has to sleep at a 30 degree angle - or she feels like she "is being suffocated".

With her breasts weighing a combined weight of over 40lbs, it's easy to understand why it could be an issue.

In 2016, she used her huge assets as inspiration for professional psychic name, going by Ghostbusty.

Lacey claimed "near-death" experiences as a child gave her the abilities to give readings, which she carried out at her Florida home.

She says people have accused her of being "crazy" or having body dysmorphia.

However, she brushes off their claims, insisting: "I've always lived my life the way I want to. I've always taken my own path and I really don't care what other people think."
