Her first one-on-one date with Ben Higgins aired on Monday night's episode of The Bachelor.

And the hunky software salesman made no secret of the fact that Lauren Bushnell is quickly becoming one of the front-runners to win his heart.

It certainly wasn't hard to see why Ben is so attracted to the flight attendant when she was spotted showing off her gorgeous figure - and her pert derriere - on the beach on Tuesday.

Lauren was enjoying a holiday in Los Cabos, Mexico with her sister Mollie and friends, and stripped down to a tiny cream bikini with a strapless top and cheeky bottoms.

The reality star, who arrived on the beach in a cute off-the-shoulder grey and white striped romper, also enjoyed a banana boat ride.

There was no sign of an engagement ring on the pretty blonde's finger, but this doesn't mean that she wasn't Ben's final choice - as both the Bachelor and his bride-to-be are sworn to secrecy until the final episode.

The 26-year-old is not yet able to confirm whether he is engaged, but he coyly said during a recent interview on Good Morning America that going on the show was 'definitely' the right thing to do.

While it's clear that Lauren is a firm favourite with fans and with Ben, the Bachelor's 20th season has just aired three episodes so far, and 14 contestants remain.

During Monday's episode, Lauren was picked for the first one-on-one date of the week, and she and Ben were treated to a biplane ride.

Lauren said she felt 'like a little kid' during the flight, before planting a few kisses on Ben. She then told the camera: 'Kissing Ben is perfect…I could do it all night long.'

After the plane ride, the pair just so happened to stumble upon a hot tub in the middle of nowhere, and slipped into their swimwear to enjoy it.

They then had a romantic dinner - where Lauren was presented with a rose - before dancing in a barn to a private performance from country trio Lucy Angel.

Although it was a typical extravagant Bachelor date, California native Lauren insisted that she likes 'the simple things' in life.

And Ben was clearly impressed, grinning as he told the cameras: 'This girl's special.'
